I followed Yoga International's 7-Day Vinyasa Challenge Day 6: Complete Daily Practice in 40 Minutes this afternoon. Grounding, balancing, slightly challenging practice and I did 2 full chaturangas today! Getting stronger again. Exciting for me!
Today I am feeling the effects of staying awake far too late last night and nearing the end of a full week at work. I wanted to take a nap but am grateful I spent the time outside and practiced yoga.
Now, time for a glass of wine.
