Hugs not Dukes!

Proceedings of this morning afforded me 60 minutes of time in the office before my official start time.  Rather than bog myself down with work before work, I took the time for a yoga practice.  I didn't have blocks, a strap, or even a yoga mat, yet I was able to do what I needed to do and modify without getting 'bent out of shape' - haha - pun intended :)  Any space can be a yoga space and because I didn't want to put my face down on the communal floor, I made some variations to the prone poses.  As well, my knees are still very sensitive and sore from a hard fall a couple weeks ago, so I stood for standing versions of hip flexor stretching - yum

Highlights today:
