If you think you need additional means to *supplement* a nutrient dense, calorically-intelligent nutritional intake (I refrain from using the work 'diet'), the two brands that I would most highly recommend at this point would be:
Garden of Life http://www.gardenoflife.com/ This one seems to be quite good and is available in a lot of health food/co-op type stores. A lot of variety in "types". Look at the INGREDIENTS -- you should be able to easily understand what it is that you are consuming!
Shakeology http://www.shakeology.com/ I have spent the most time learning about this particular line of product. This is the one that the co-founder is adament about not only the end product, but also the harvesting/processing of the product. Again, look at the INGREDIENTS -- you should be able to easily understand what it is that you are consuming!
and potentially Vega http://shop.myvega.com/ (although I haven't taken as much time to study the research and design of the products, the athlete that helped create this supplement line is Vegan)
Each of these "brands" are for health and wellness, not necessarily for "body building". However, if you look at the athletes that use these as supplements to their daily food consumption, as well as their exercise [and sleep] routines, they are quite "ripped"!
There is a LOT to be learned about what we put into our bodies and, consequently, how our bodies perform [both in the gym and in daily life]. Remember, your body is a temple! Only put into it what you expect to get out of it - THE BEST!!!
