Wanted to share a couple of youtube videos with whoever is reading this. My 'gut feeling' is to SIGN UP! Let's DO IT! However, right now I am working on helping my body (and mind) to recover from 25 years of overcommitting and not enough rest . . . So this is an inspiration to, AT THE VERY LEAST, keep moving and possibly be able to serve as arms and/or legs one day (perhaps today!) :-)

*Just wanted to add, for my own records, what I did (today) for exercise:
biked to Volta coffeeshop (AWESOME!) to study for a midterm with friend, biked to class, lifted weights (upper body) with AS, biked home, and went for a 45-min walk with TK and dog!*
