Running Again!

I'm thankful for the active women in my life!!  Inspiring.

Run/Walk 30minutes on Friday with my stepmom and littlest brother.
Run/Walk 30mintues yesterday (Sunday) with my dog :)

Gotta keep on. 

P.S. Hips haven't been sore after running on gravel roads . . . YAY!!!!  Have been stretching after to work on keeping hamstrings, hips, obliques, and groin/hip flexor muscles less tight. 

I want to keep this up.  It feels good! :)
